'Investing In Natural Gas & Oil Wells With The Industry Pro's'

So, investing is tough...everyone knows this...but what is your alternative...burying your head in the sand, and just avoiding any risk at all? Why not invest with a great company that is drilling, and burying drill bits in oil & gas bearing sands that can make you some money? Sure beats just pumping high priced gas into your vehicles, and not being on the good side of the energy business...that is the side where your investment in this industry makes you money, and saves you tax dollars in the process...since new tax laws have been passed which allow you to lower your taxes, and get preferential treatment for the Alternate Minimum Tax (AMT)...you can have the best of both worlds...cash flow, and great tax benefits, and write-offs...but it takes a little faith, and some courage to check-out the current investments I would like to tell you about...I know of a private independant oil & gas company doing exceptionally well for it's investors...Email me with your address, and phone number...or call me if you are a 'qualified investor', and would like to get some information from this industry partner...and we'll go through the 'due diligence process' together...You won't be disappointed...Dennis W. "Investing In Natural Gas & Oil Development Prospects In The US Today''

When prices go up for both oil & natural gas...people get busier in our business...prospects, and targets that didn't appear on the 'radar screen' suddenly do...and they make sense to drill, and exploit...economics drive this business, as in any business...years ago, it didn't make economic sense to drill in certain areas, or at certain deeper depths. This has dramatically changed now that both higher pricing, and the discovery of many break through technological advances are currently being used in our industry.

I talked recently to a 72 year old geologist, and civil engineer who told me back when he was working in the oil & gas fields, natural gas was only 'five cents' per mcf...it is now over $6.00 per mcf...This gentleman told me they simply flared the gas, and they couldn't justify building the natural gas gathering pipeline system we have today, because there simply wasn't any profit in doing so...things have changed dramatically today, as more and more dependance on US generated natural gas production is required to meet the current, and increasing demand.

I spoke with another oil & gas professional who remembers back in the 60's when oil prices were in the $2.00 per barrel range...a few days ago in 'futures' trading...the price of oil went over $35.00 per barrel...obviously, the economics for developing oil & gas reserves are much better today...You as an investor can take advantage of this tremendous increase in energy costs, and not just pay more at the pump when you fill-up your cars, and trucks...why not consider becoming an investor and realize the benefit of making some of the profits that can be made in our business?

If you would like to know more about our business, and hear about a private, and independent company that I like in the oil & gas development business please email me, or call for more information about who I recommend you consider investing with in our US oil & gas industry today. Qualified investors only!

Tax Relief For Investors

Well it's another new year, and for many of us... the question is still going to be... where am I going to invest to make money? Since reducing taxes is always a big issue for most successful people, we come to the subject of investing in oil & gas...It's one of the best ways to significantly help you reduce your taxable income you must arrive at to calculate your tax owed. This can be a much smaller number...if you opt to invest in cash flowing oil & gas well private ownership programs.

There is still some time to invest in 2003, if you do so within the next couple of weeks...Some investors have different tax years for their corporations, but most investors can take advantage of great oil & gas investment programs where development has begun in 2003.

I'am aware of an excellent private company particularly well positioned in the oil & gas industry. This company has been using the new 'wave-let energy absorption tool' which is talked about in the current issue of 'Oil & Gas Journal'.

Call me with your questions, and I'll turn you on to a company I believe you will be very pleased to receive information from, and potentially do business with....Dennis W. Stutes 805 701 7761 emailto:dwstutes@sbcglobal.net More...
