'Investing in Oil & Gas with a Winner'
I just looked at the track record data of a private, and independent oil & gas developing company in the gulf coast area, that has already hit 8 for 9 wells drilled, this year. In other words this company has established 8 commercial wells out of 9 drilled, with just one dry hole in 2004. This independent is on the cutting edge of breakthrough technology with it's industry and private partners...In my 21 years of being in the business, I haven't seen anyone else do a better job for it's investors.
This same company also has production programs with as many as 77 wells that provide a steady and very attractive cash flow and income to it's investors...you can take very little risk, or just a bit more with single well development opportunities...if you diversify, and spread-out your risk the way we recommend, you can make very nice returns, and ultimately write the entire investment off legally, with the IRS tax code benefits everyone gets in the US today...

'Investing In Oil & Natural Gas in Current Times'
Investing in oil & natural gas production programs with multiple cash flowing wells is pretty much a no brainer, because you start receiving cash flow within a month or two of making your first investment. Of course this last statement is based on the assumption that you are dealing with a reputable oil & gas company. Really good production is nearly impossible to find...just like a good business...who want's to sell it? You need a method of finding good production, or you need to be associated with a private, and independent oil & gas company who knows how to find production worth buying...I know of such a company... Investing in Oil and Natural Gas.
But if you really want to make the bigger money the pro's make regularly in oil & gas investments, you need to be thinking about direct participation investments in the actual wells...in other words you want to be an owner of the oil & gas wells...this way you get the maximum upside potential, that is possible with ownership of an oil well, as well as, get all of the tremendous tax benefits, and write-offs as well...the IRS code provides for these tax write-offs, why wouldn't you want to take them? 'Oil And Gas Investing For Profits Plus Great Tax Benefits'
The secrets of making money investing in natural gas, or investing in oil programs offered by private, and independent oil & gas companies in the US...just got even more attractive to the private, and qualified investor...
Demand is increasing at a much faster rate then supplies can be made available, and in order to give us time to find additional reserves, the countries who have the oil are raising prices...of course greed is part of the reason...but there is another important reason as well...as prices go up because of greater and greater demand...the economics of developing certain prospective oil & gas fields become more attractive...
In more simple terms, the economics, and feasibility of certain oil and gas targets are now making sense...deeper targets, and harder to get targets become very good discoveries when prices support the development effort...we're there, and its only getting better...We have always known where are reserves are because of seismic analysis done years ago across the US...we now have the pricing to justify the expenditure of the development capital, and even more importantly the technology to make it happen...the IRS is our partner as well...The Tax write-offs are better than any investment I know of in the US today...You might as well take advantage of the facts...demand is going to increase, and oil & gas prices are going to go up...there shouldn't be any question that what I'm saying is true... You must notice this when you fill-up your gas tank these days.
Why not be an investor, and make some money, while reducing your taxes, instead of just remaining a consumer... 'Steady Income & Tax Benefits From Oil and Gas Investments'
There is an independent oil & gas company working in the Gulf States area of the US making excellent money in oil & gas for it's investor's and myself...this company knows how to package an investment program to cut your risk down considerably...yet the company provides it's investor's with a very good return, and there is far less risk associated with their investment system then just about anyone I have evaluated during the years.
Furthermore, this company is on the absolute cutting-edge of the technology, and new break through techniques being implemented to find the big oil & gas 'traps' where the largest recoverable reserves of oil & gas remain...You might as well get your share...it doesn't appear oil & gas prices are going down anytime soon, or that we are going to be using any less energy...
