'Making Money Investing In Oil & Natural Gas In The US Today'
Investing in oil & natural gas to make money, and not lose your capital... is a function of controlling risk, but most importantly finding the right people to network with while investing; to both make money, not lose it...and get excellent tax write-offs during the process...Most investors just don't know how to go about finding the best people to invest with today...This is a time consuming process at best, with no guarantees...
My personal experience has been costly, frustrating, and at many times it felt like a crap shoot...however, I kept at it, and I have now found a company working with both private, and industry partners who simply know how to make it happen in our business...coming-up with a 'risk control model' that we could statistically measure was the most important, and challenging part...
We have discovered that by diversifying, and participating, or investing an equal amount of capital in 20 to 30 new prospects; which would include both oil & natural gas, we've been able to control risk, minimize loss, and make money for our partners who invest with us...
Tax write-offs, for oil & gas are tremendous...tax preference items are listed on a yearly K-1 tax report any legitimate oil & gas company prepares for it's investors each year...If you invest on or before December 31st, you can take the big 86% Intangible (IDC) tax write-offs still available for oil & gas...and very importantly, as long as some development activity has taken place this year...the IRS gives oil & gas developers until March 31st. 2005, to take advantage of the first year 86% intangible write-offs...on your funds invested in 2004...

Investing in natural gas and oil 'direct participation, working interest ownership' investment programs, is now becoming a regular practice for sophisticated investors who want to take advantage of high prices, and increasing demand for hydrocarbons...which will continue to be the primary source of the world's energy supply for the foreseeable future...getting great tax write-offs, is a huge bonus on top of getting excellent cash flow in well thought-out, and successful oil & gas investment programs, which are being put together by the top independent, and private oil companies operating in the American oil & gas industry today...
I like the Texas, & Lousiana onshore, and offshore oil & gas exploration areas myself...for many reasons such as: the great oil & gas targets, with large recoverable reserves of oil & gas...industry partners who are experts in the area, and are willing to participate with the best, and most successful of the independents, plenty of available manpower, drilling, and completion equipment, great technological prowess, a well developed infra-structure, and the right networking possibilites...that are all better than anywhere else in the country in my opinion...
