'Investing in Oil & Natural Gas During Highest Prices in History'
Oil and gas investing is getting rather important...in other words a prudent investor can't afford not to invest...investing in oil and natural gas is a must do... at this point...whether you invest in stocks, or direct participation, working interest ownership in new oil & gas prospects, you still need to be invested in this basic, brick n' mortar industry...
You as an investor, like most people, are careful with your investment funds of course...but you shouldn't want to be missing-out during this incredibile, and historical opportunity to make money...in our US oil & gas industry today...
However, I know you want to make sure your are associating with the right industry people who are making the newest discoveries, while using their latest, and best technology and have the expertise...and are doing so in the correct areas... to target, and find large commercial quantities of both natural gas and oil...In fact one of our industry partners has been in the oil & gas business since 1929...Do you think they might know what they are doing?
It makes no sense to be 'looking the other way', when the pro's are making money, and you can now associate with these professionals... who, by the way, my company works with every day, both on and off shore in the Gulf Coast...You don't want to pass by this wonderful opportunity to invest in our very basic industry, and have the potential to earn excellent profits...and realize tremendous tax benefits, for those investor's who need them...

'Investing in Oil & Gas Today'
Investing in oil & natural gas... direct participation, working interest ownership programs... in a Reg 506 D offering...can put you in the same league with the major oil companies, and large independents, who are regularly drilling, and completing very successful oil & natural gas wells in the Gulf Coast States...
There is a way to invest with a proven 'risk control model' allowing you to build an excellent portfolio of oil & gas holdings...which allows you to both diversify in a relatively large number of new oil & gas wells, and spread-out your risk in the process...all while getting great tax benefits, and write-offs...you do need an advisor however...since the 'lay of the land' is somewhat complex...it makes me think about the incredibile value of having a GPS tracking system...
The single best advantage, and benefit to the investor when dealing with a company who looks at over a thousand deals a year...and then picks 50 or 70 to participate in with their own money, and both private, and industry partners...is obvious to most people...and if you have the staff with the experience, and the competence to properly evaluate the best oil & gas prospects...that is...those with the highest probability of success...which is most important...your chances of success are much better than by using a kind of 'hit and miss' approach to finding a deal to invest....
I know of such oil & gas companies utilizing a 'risk control system' that works...and you can invest with these same private, and very successful US companies, if you are qualified...

You will need to fill-out an 'Accredited Investor Attestation' to receive the prospectus...however, the regulations do allow up to 35 unaccredited investors in a 506 Reg D Offering...with no limit to the number of accredited investors...foreign investors are exempt from this requirement...
